My name is Pablo Marulanda and I study in Colegio Granadino at Manizales. I am 14 years old, and what I have liked all my life is soccer. I like to play it and to see it too, and I like many teams of the world in different leagues, such as: Manchester United, Seleccion Colombia (My countrys team), Real Madrid and most of all Once Caldas That plays on my city Manizales.
Soccer is my life I play it at school and with my friends. Those teams I already mencioned are my favorite and I see their matchs a lot. Once Caldas won the continental cup (Copa Libertadores de America) in 2004 winning the 2nd in Colombia. Real Madrid, another I like has won 9 Champions leagues and I imagine them winning the 10th one, that have been a problem the las few years.
in conclusion soccer is the sport I like the most and these are the teams I vote for. Avobe is a video of the moment when Once Caldas won the continental cup in 2004 with good players and DT.
SOCCER, WHAT I LIKE
Seleccion Colombia
Seleccion Colombia is my countries team that this year is going to the FIFA World Cup 2014 in Brazil. Colombia have only passed 2 times to this event and this is the third one and is the time when more promises to take a good place in this event.
Unfortunately this time one of the bests player in Colombia hearted in a match with his team Monaco and he may loose the World Cup we were waiting many years ago. In the eliminatories we won to Uruguay 4- 0 and to Paraguay 2- 0 localy and we won 3-1 to Chile visiting, these were the matches I liked the most.
In the video bellow there are all the matches and goals of the team tat is passing to the best cup in the soccer world. Colombia diserved to be there and make a good job on Brazil because of the good game they are playing.
FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014
To start World cup started in 1930 in which 32 teams participated from parts of all the world. At this moment this is the most important soccer cup in human history because all best players in the world compete at there.
Actually the last winner is Spain and the most winner is Brazil that would be the actual home of this cup in 2014. Brazil hava won 5 of this cups and many with the best player in soccer history Edson Arantes Do Nascimento "pele".
This time many unespected teams passed and many spected pasing teams didn´t such as Sweden with Ibrahimovic eliminated by Cristiano Ronaldo the best player in the world team Portugal. Colombia passed second in South America near to Argentina that was 1st. Finally I think this would be a very competitive World Cup with many new and good players.
Love Should be Blind to Family Differences

Love is a feeling of a single person. It shouldnt chosen by anyone else but the person that is in love. You should have the freedom and the liberty to choose anyone who you want to be with in the rest of your life, unless the person you are marring is not conftarble with it or just not agree with the marriage.
Like in Romeo and Juliete their families didnt want this marriege to happen because were enemies and they died both because their families shouldnt know about this. Families should not intervine in this and accept thelove of both persons, is their life. Families should agree and deal and even be proud o this conjugation all life long. the person is the one that would deal with the merriage and parents should accept or leaving this life form.
If someone feels inlove of another person and if you love a person you would do anything for making this person feel this too. Anyone should intervine in a marriage of two loving persons.
Maduro is the actual"president" of Venezuela That have made many mistakes while the time he has been there. We have laugh a lot with comments he made such as cultivating chickens.
He was a bus driver and that and many reasons we have for him to be so innocent. He alsp said that he was a stealer indirectly, he has made many bad things with Venezuela but shows his misundertanding about politics and live.
He saied that Chaves came to him in form of bird to say him he would become the new president of Venezuela. He confused SOS with sos literaly. This are any tings that he have made that make us laugh.

Romeo+Juliet Movie Review
The movie Rome +Julietis the modern, changed form of the story of the 2 lovers. This hard storyis very complicated to understand so I think this is a really good way to understand it, because it shows the inmature way of a really serious story. I didn´t like the way Mercutio wasand the time period it represented because I think one of the most important things in the noble was the time period. This film is like a parody and the rustic way of the noble.
This movie is very different from the book because it is from very different time periods that was very important in the noble. It is a very different richness from both families. THis version has the same intention but in modern worldLady cCapulet was exagerated in the party with Romeo and Juliet, Mercutio by other side had a "gay" character.
This is a very good movie that should be recommendedto some kind of people. This book is hard to understand so it should be easier with this movie to understand. I would recommend to kids that like perodies too.
I liked this movie because it made me understand this book easily and in a funny way. It is bad for the actors it had because the exageration of them. it was good because of the funny and parody form.
For this version I think It is a good movie but all of tghe characters were exagerated and rustic and extrabagant, but it is a good version that sould be recomended.
SOUNDTRACK OF MY LIFE
My name is Pablo Marulanda Silva. I am a tenth grade student from colegio Granadino in Manizales. I was borned in June 3, 1999 in La clinica de la Presentacion in Manizales, Caldas, Colombia. I would be described as a person that loves soccer and sports. I worry about my friends and that is one of my qualities as I have many defects too.
This is an English assignment that I have to complete. But its not just for a grade, but is for identifying yourself with songs and describe scenes of your life that look like music. How to say Goodbye from Michael Smith, The Champions league song and Remember the name from Fort Minor are the three song that identify me and big scenes in my life. This is something that will help me know me and several occacions in my life that I like.
My first song chosen is How to say Goodbye of Michael Smith. I recently left my home at Bosques de Santamaria, but that wasnt the thing that impacted me, because I have a great house now at Valles de la Florida, in structure i thing is better Valles de la florida. But my friends that I continue to see but not as often make me sad. I have some at the new neightborhood but I still miss my other neightborhood.
When I step on the grass I feel like in heaven. The sport that I like the most is soccer, and I still remember my first match. Is a very competitive sport in which some as fast as a cheetah or strong or big. My life has been related to soccer, because itswhat I like and what I allways thik about. My free timeis allways expended in soccer when I have the opportunity. Soccer is very rellated to my life and thats why I love it.
The last soundtrack I chose is the Libertadores song that is the ninth symphony of Beethoven. Once Caldas, my favorite soccer team won this cup on 2004 and every fan see happiness with this. For me was a very important time of my life becaus eI love soccer and the colombian cup. Once Caldas is the only colombian that won this cup fairly in Colombia. This is orgullius for Once Caldas and their fans.
To conclude I think Soccer is very important in my life, thats why I include it in 2 of my soundtracks because is my favorite hobbie and sport. There are bad times in my life and I have to accept it, as well as in soccer. Leaving my homewas difficult but I have to accept and look for good things at my new home. This Assignment helped me recognized myself and know me better comparing it with music.

The blues is most of the times difficult to understand in many forms. Lirics are the most complicate ones. The mayor reason is because they have poetical style writen and describe most of the time love or desire. They started being depressing songs, talking about desire and problems of people.
They have many hooks in it and many metaphors, that is the most commonly used by them. They are for passing depressions because talk about desire and problems with love and family.

Blues: "Sweet Home Chicago"
Sweet home chicago is bout a person that doesnt wants to leave Chicago crying he says he recognices ass his home and he doesnt want to go to california. He talks about his daily life too in this poetic kind of song. He make some phrases that doesnt go with the text, but we can recognise they are used for a rhyming secuence and it goes along with the rhytm making sums of numbers along with the music.
Blues is more about sadness and sorrow and he cryes because he doesnt want to leave his real home, Chicago. It constantly happens to common people that have to leave their homes because of political, familiar, or even danger with other kind of people.
2014, The Year of Colombian Achievements in sports
2014, the year in which Colombia had a great sport year, for example Nairo Quintana, who won the Giro de Italia with a great effort, Rigoberto Uran was in second place. This was a great year for Colombia in the World Cup, we achieved the quarter finals, defeating all the spectations of our failure in the group stage, it was very hard and was very difficult for us too continue. Katherine Ibarguen also sorprised us while she was the champion of the World Championship of triple jump. This was a great year of colombian sports.
In the world cup in Brazil we were taken to play in phase of groups against Ivory Coast, Japana and Greece. We passed with a perfect amount of points (9) winning all the 3 matches with an acceptable score. Uruguay was our next match in eight finals in which we won with a goal from James Rodriguez that was actually chosen the best goal of this year. Everybody was proud of the team after the 2-0 with Uruguay. Was anounced then the next rival, Brazil the local team and one of the favorites for having the cup. Everybody knew we were loosers, but we would be out with dignity, because that wasn't a fair result, after Yepez scored a goal that was incorrectly annulated. We lost, but happily, every Colombian thanked for this huge World Cup.
This was obviusly, the best year Colombian sports have had in the history having great representants in each sport. Nairo Quintana, the one that made everyone sorprised after being the champion of the Giro at italy in which he made an exelent result. Which ended too in the 2nd place of another Colombian Rigoberto Uran. Colombia is actually showing they aren't good competitors, allways appearing in the good positions in sports. Colombia is showin a wonderfull progress in sports, and this year made habitants in Colombia feel this.
THE CRUCIBLE
JOHN PROCTOR AS A TRAGIC HERO AND sATIRE IN THE BOOK
The Crucible by Arthur Miller is a book in which we find a lot of satire in it and a lot of common language machines. This is a very satirical book in which we see Horation satire because it doesnt make the critizism funny, but it makes critics of the people that accuses others and of the ignorance at the time period. Something that was retaking place in the time in Americas communism, time period in which the book was published. Showing that many people were accusing other of communism and making them pay with jailm or tortures because of their believes or even their appearence to be it.
Also in this book we fin the protagonist John Proctor being a tragic hero because he was a good person that loved his wife and his wife was accused of witchcrafting and he tryed to save her and because if that he ended paying in the jail because he tryed to help his wife of being hanged, so he is a tragic hero because he ended tragicly, allways by trying to do something right that ended wrong because of the laws or opponents in the society.

The Lottery of Shirley Jackson represents how good things may be seen in a bad perpective, It was about a tradition that had the purpose of having a good Harvesting and how a character sees it as a good and positive thing until he was getted by this and now he is no in favor of it now. And in both stories there is a tradition they follow that they dont realize if it is doing a good or a bad effect on society. In the Lottery a family was killed because that was the way it is done and there is no more explanation. The Simpsons Whacking Day is another tradition on Springfield in which people killed and Whacked sankes representing the Irish. They started killing an innocent animal and Bary White was in crontrary of this tradition because it wasnt good for them. To conclude this 2 stories or traditions are very similar and demonstrates how people continue a tradition without analizing it.
